Payment and Delivery

Delivery of Digital Products

Orders of digital products such as software licenses and subscriptions are fulfilled within 1 to 12 hours on business days. In rare cases, delays for up to one business day may occur.

On weekends and holidays these orders are processed on a best-efforts basis—i.e., same day fulfilment is not guaranteed.

Delivery of Tangible Products

Orders that require physical delivery are usually fulfilled within one business day. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

United States

We ship from New Jersey with USPS and FedEx. The cut-off time for same day shipping is 1 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. on Friday (Eastern Time).

The following shipping options are available:

  • Express: 1-Day
  • Standard: 3-Day

European Union

We ship from several locations within the EU with DHL and UPS. The cut-off time for same day shipping is 9 a.m. (Central European Time).

The following shipping options are available:

  • 1-Day — Poland
  • 2-Day — Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovenia
  • 3-Day — Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Luxemburg, Romania, Slovakia
  • 4-Day — Croatia, Cyprus, France, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Sweden
  • 5-Day — Finland, Greece, Spain

Please note that countries that are located in Europe but are not members of the EU (e.g. the United Kingdom and Norway) fall under the Other Countries section below.

Other Countries

We ship worldwide from the United States and the European Union with FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS and Asendia. All shipments are tracked and have full insurance coverage. The processing time for international orders is one business day.

The following shipping options are available:

  • Express: 3-Day
  • Standard: 1-2 weeks
  • Economy: 3-5 weeks

Please be aware that Express delivery to some remote destinations may take up to 5 business days or, in very rare cases, may not be available at all. Also, Economy delivery may not be available for some expensive products.

Currently we accept 11 payment methods. Three of them are available worldwide and eight are country-specific. Please note that due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, prices in our store may slightly vary every business day.

Most of our products carry a one-year warranty, unless stated otherwise. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, power surges, unauthorized product modification, or repairs.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on items sent in for warranty evaluation/repair. The costs of warranty work and standard return shipping to our customers are included in the coverage of the warranty.

Return Policy

Items that don't require activation, such as cables and adapters, and USB dongles that weren't activated can be returned within 14 days upon receiving them providing that they weren't used and are in perfect condition. If you'd like to return such item, please contact us.

We don't offer refunds on digital products including software modules, licenses and subscriptions.
