BitBox Plugin Delphi MT05

This OBD software module is for Delphi MT05, Delphi MT05.2 and Delphi MT05.3 ECUs.

The module reads ID, flash memory and writes calibration area with checksum calculation. These operations can be performed using a J2534 cable such as Tactrix Openport 2.0.

Based on Infineon SAK-XC164CM-16F40F with internal flash memory of 128KB.

Delphi MT05.2, Delphi MT05.3

Based on Infineon SAK-XC164CS-32F40BB with internal flash memory of 256KB.

The files from these ECUs can be edited with BitEdit Delphi MT05.
